Questions about paying
Is the free tier time-limited?
No. It has no trial clock and no expiry — a free set of widgets that stay free, on the desktop, the taskbar, and the SparkBar. There is no account to make.
How does the Pro trial work?
Seven days of everything, started from inside the app. It runs through your Microsoft Store account, so you cancel it there like any other subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop back to Free. Nothing is deleted — your layout, positions, and settings all stay put, and Pro widgets are simply locked until you upgrade.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Not in place — the Store has no upgrade path between the two. Cancel the monthly subscription, let it run to the end of the period you have paid for, then subscribe to yearly. Pro stays on the whole time.
What is the lifetime option?
A one-time $49.99 purchase instead of a subscription. It covers Pro for good, including everything added later — it pays for itself against the yearly price after three years.
Does the free version show ads?
There is an ad banner inside the app window — never on your desktop, and never inside a widget you have placed. Pro removes it.
Do I need Pro to dock widgets into the taskbar?
No. Docking is part of the app, not the plan. Some of the bar widgets are free, and Pro unlocks the rest.

Install it, fill your desktop, and decide about Pro later. Nothing expires if you don't.
